Bogdan Budimir, our physiotherapy student, participated in the 6th World Massage Championship held from June 28 to 30 in Copenhagen (Denmark).

In an extremely strong competition of over 300 participants from all over the world, Bogdan secured a notable result by placing in the top 10, thus confirming that he belongs at the very top.

“An extremely successful season is behind me. Although I didn’t win a medal this time, I gained an incredible experience and new knowledge in the field of innovative massage techniques from the World Championship. It was a great honor for me to be part of such a large organization and to represent my country and school”, said Bogdan.

We remind you that this young future professional physiotherapist from ICEPS won a gold medal at the Baltic Massage Championship in Kaunas (Lithuania) in February of this year, which earned him a direct qualification to the World Massage Championship in Copenhagen. As part of his active preparations for the aforementioned competition, he also participated in the Balkan massage competition in Indjija, from May 27th to 28th, where he won a gold medal in the “freestyle” category.
