ICEPS was founded 18 years ago, then under a different name, but the fundamental transformations began in 2017 with a change in the approach to the education process in terms of modernization and convergence with current trends in education, healthcare, and the economy in the country and abroad. Then, it became recognizable under the name ICEPS – International Center of Professional Studies.
ICEPS is based in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and has 5 accredited higher education units in other cities in Serbia being Novi Sad, Leskovac, Kraljevo, Vršac and Jagodina.
More than 300 teachers and associates and around 30 people in the administrative staff work dedicatedly on the organization and implementation of Bachelor and Master study programs in the fields of medicine, hospitality, and economics. All our studies are professional (applied) and we offer both Bachelor and Master study programs.
Bachelor Professional Studies (3 years, 180 ECTS)

The Bachelor study program in Nursing is completely compatible with study program in EU according to the EU Directive 2005/36.
Having signed the Cooperation agreements with the most reputable health institutions, business organizations, higher education institutions, as well as partners from the hospitality industry in the country and abroad, ICEPS students get the opportunity to acquire the necessary practical knowledge and skills applicable immediately after graduating.
ICEPS is also a socially responsible college, so through Cooperation agreements with UNICEF and Red Cross organizations throughout Serbia, it actively participates in community support. We are also a proud members of the Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. We are winners of the Charter for Higher Education granted by the European Commission for participating in the Erasmus+ program.
