As part of the Erasmus+ staff training mobility program, our colleague Marijana Spasojević, Student Services Manager at ICEPS, participated in professional training at the ICEPS College of Applied Health Sciences in Kotor from 10 to 14 March 2025.

During her multi-day visit, Marijana Spasojević had the opportunity to become familiar with the working methods, organisation of teaching activities, and infrastructure of the partner institution. During her stay, she placed particular emphasis on improving her digital skills, as well as developing her organisational and communication competencies, which further strengthened her professional engagement.

Her stay in an international environment contributed to both her personal and professional development, particularly to strengthening her independence, sense of responsibility, and flexibility in working with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. Through her active participation in the institution’s activities, she also further developed her management and organisational skills, representing an important step towards achieving her future professional goals.

Furthermore, through the exchange of experiences with professors in the field of physiotherapy, she further enriched her professional experience and gained new professional perspectives.

In addition to her professional activities, Marijana had the opportunity to visit Kotor’s Old Town and its fortifications, which further contributed to her easier adaptation to the local environment.

Marijana emphasises that she would recommend this type of mobility to all employees, as it represents an excellent opportunity for professional development, the internationalisation of work, and the acquisition of valuable experience.
