On this page, you will find the tuition and other study-related costs at ICEPS, presented under two payment models to suit different student needs.
The program fee can be paid in installments. All learning materials are provided in electronic form and are included in the price.
Model 1: All-inclusive Package
One fixed price covering tuition fees and all additional fees specified in the official Price List related to your application, enrollment, and studies. The only service not included in this package is the preparation and submission of visa application documents, which can also be provided as an additional service.
If your visa application is denied or your secondary school diploma is not recognized by the relevant authorities (bachelor’s only), 70% of the amount paid will be refunded. Please see the information below for more details.

Model II: Standard Payment Model
This model follows a pay-as-you-go structure, where costs are itemized and charged separately rather than included in a single package price. Apart from tuition, there are also mandatory (required) fees that apply to all students, as well as optional (additional) fees that apply when specific services are required.
If your visa application is denied or your secondary school diploma is not recognized by the relevant authorities (bachelor’s only), the tuition will be refunded. Please see the information below for more details.
