On this page, you will find the tuition and other study-related costs at ICEPS, presented under two payment models to suit different student needs.
The program fee can be paid in installments. All learning materials are provided in electronic form and are included in the price.
Model 1: All-inclusive Package
One fixed price covering tuition fees and all additional fees specified in the official Price List related to your application, enrollment, and studies. The only service not included in this package is the preparation and submission of visa application documents, which can also be provided as an additional service.
If your visa application is denied or your secondary school diploma is not recognized by the relevant authorities (bachelor’s only), 70% of the amount paid will be refunded. Please see the information below for more details.

Model 2: Standard Payment Model
This model follows a pay-as-you-go structure, where costs are itemized and charged separately rather than included in a single package price. Apart from tuition, there are also mandatory (required) fees that apply to all students, as well as optional (additional) fees that apply when specific services are required.
If your visa application is denied or your secondary school diploma is not recognized by the relevant authorities (bachelor’s only), the tuition will be refunded. Please see the information below for more details.

Note: When making payments, if possible, under the payment purpose include the real purpose of the payment (Entrance exam fee, Enrollment fee, etc.) and your personal ID number (passport) so we can be sure the payment is coming from you. Please note that all bank charges should be covered by the payer. We recommend making payments directly from your personal bank account rather than through exchange offices, post offices, or similar payment services. In the event of a refund, the refund can only be processed to the same bank account from which the original payment was made and in the same currency as the original payment.

Refund Policy
At ICEPS, refund conditions depend on your selected payment model and the reason for requesting a refund. Please read the following conditions carefully before making any payments.
- Before the Invitation Letter Is Issued
If you have paid your first tuition fee installment but decide to withdraw your application for personal, family, or other reasons before ICEPS issues your Invitation Letter, you must submit an official refund request by email. Your request will be reviewed by ICEPS, and you will be informed of the decision. If your refund is approved, the standard refund conditions for your selected payment model will apply, as explained below.
- After the Invitation Letter Is Issued
Once ICEPS has issued your Invitation Letter, refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
Visa Refusal or Diploma Non-Recognition
If your visa application is officially refused or your secondary school diploma is not recognized by the Serbian Qualifications Agency (bachelor’s only), you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Standard Payment Model
- The first tuition fee installment will be refunded upon submission of official documentation confirming your visa refusal.
- The first tuition fee installment is also refundable if your secondary school diploma is not recognized by the Serbian Qualifications Agency (ENIC/NARIC), upon submission of official documentation confirming the decision. This applies to bachelor’s programs only.
- The Entrance Examination Fee, Enrollment Fee, English Proficiency Test Fee, any other additional fees, as well as all bank charges and transfer fees, are non-refundable.
- If ICEPS has received less than the required amount for a previous payment, the outstanding difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
All-Inclusive Payment Model
- 70% of the amount paid will be refunded if your visa application is officially refused or your secondary school diploma is not recognized by the Serbian Qualifications Agency (ENIC/NARIC). The diploma recognition condition applies to bachelor’s programs only.
- If ICEPS has received less than the required amount for a previous payment, the outstanding difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
Voluntary Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw your application for personal, family, or other reasons after ICEPS has issued your Invitation Letter but before you have signed the Study Agreement, you must:
- Send an official email to ICEPS requesting withdrawal from the admission and enrollment process and explaining your reason.
- Wait for ICEPS to review your request and inform you of the decision and next steps.
- Complete and sign a Declaration of Voluntary Withdrawal, as instructed by ICEPS.
Please note: Voluntary withdrawal does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed individually and is subject to approval by ICEPS.
If your refund is approved, the same refund conditions will apply according to your selected payment model:
- Standard Payment Model: The first tuition fee installment will be refunded. The Entrance Examination Fee, Enrollment Fee, English Proficiency Test Fee, any other additional fees, and bank charges or transfer fees remain non-refundable.
- All-Inclusive Payment Model: 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
General Refund Conditions
All refund and withdrawal requests must be submitted to ICEPS by email.
In cases of visa refusal or non-recognition of a secondary school diploma, you must provide official documentation confirming the visa refusal or the decision issued by the Serbian Qualifications Agency (ENIC/NARIC). You will also be required to provide official bank instructions for receiving foreign currency payment in EUR.
Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable banking regulations and procedures. Refunds must be returned to an account held by the original payer and in the same currency in which the payment was received (EUR), subject to applicable banking requirements. Any bank charges associated with the refund will be borne by the recipient of the refund.
ICEPS reserves the right to request additional documentation when reviewing a refund or voluntary withdrawal request.
