College of Professional Studies ICEPS announces an open call for a Blended Intensive Program (student exchange) within the Erasmus+ KA131 project at the partner institution University of Applied Studies Ivanic-Grad in Ivanic-Grad, Croatia.
This open call targets students in the status of full-time students or students with repeated enrollment status on all study years of Bachelor of Applied Studies in Nursing.
Erasmus+ mobility is intended to last 5 days, from 12.10.2026. to 16.10.2026. with mandatory virtual part of the mobility – organizers will confirm the exact date to the selected participants (expected to take place before the physical part of the mobility).
The total number of free spots is two (2).
The application deadline is Sunday, June 28th, 2026 until 11:59 p.m.
Financial support for co-financing costs during mobility per participant:
● individual support grant: 79 EUR/day (for mobility period – 5 days in total and 2 financed days for travel)
● travel support: 211EUR for standard or 285 EUR sustainable means of transport
● inclusion support: 100 EUR/fixed
