As part of the Erasmus+ staff training mobility program, our colleague Marijana Spasojević, Student Services Manager at ICEPS, took part in a professional training held at the ICEPS Higher Medical School in Kotor, Montenegro, from March 10 to 14, 2025.
During her multi-day visit, Marijana had the opportunity to become acquainted with the working methods, teaching organization, and infrastructure of the partner institution. She focused particularly on improving her digital skills, as well as enhancing her organizational and communication abilities, further strengthening her professional engagement.
The experience of working in an international environment contributed significantly to her personal and professional development, especially in terms of independence, responsibility, and flexibility in collaborating with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. Through her participation, she also improved her managerial and organizational skills, marking an important step toward achieving her future academic goals.

Furthermore, by exchanging experiences with professors in the field of physiotherapy, she enriched her professional outlook and opened new perspectives. She evaluated the quality of teaching and the modern equipment at the host institution as exceptionally high.
In addition to professional activities, Marijana also had the opportunity to explore the old town and fortresses of Kotor, which contributed to a smoother cultural adjustment.
Marijana emphasized that she would strongly recommend this type of mobility to all staff members, as it represents an excellent opportunity for professional development, work internationalization, and the acquisition of valuable experience.
